Project Overview
The marketing team manually searched LinkedIn for prospects, copied data into spreadsheets, and then imported into CRM. This process was slow and error-prone, limiting their outreach volume.
We designed an automated workflow:
- LinkedIn Scraper: A browser automation (via Make.com) that extracts profile data based on search criteria (title, industry, location).
- Data Enrichment: Clearbit API adds company size, revenue, and tech stack information.
- CRM Sync: New leads are automatically created in Odoo CRM with tags, notes, and assigned to the appropriate sales rep.
- Follow-up Automation: If a lead reaches a certain score, an email sequence is triggered from Odoo.
- Reporting: Google Sheets dashboard updated daily with pipeline metrics.
The automation now runs 24/7, adding 500+ vetted leads per week to the CRM. The team has shifted from data entry to strategic outreach, resulting in a 50% increase in SQLs and a 20% boost in conversion rates.
